When you confirm your booking with Lucy Bloom HQ, you will receive three things, quick smart: a live booking form which confirms dates, venue and scope, a contract and a 25% holding deposit invoice. A live booking form gives your team and the Lucy Bloom HQ team full access to details as they are confirmed including any changes as they happen. No lost details over emails. Your signed contract and deposit confirm your dates in Lucy’s diary and then we are set. A briefing call about two weeks before showtime is ideal.

Lucy is also happy to record a custom promotional video for your event in the lead up, to amplify your event across her social channels where approps AND to follow up with a video for your delegates to reconnect with the themes of your event in the weeks thereafter.
